Production Process

Furniture Packaging Procedure:
1. Initial layer wrapped with PE foam, reinforced with cardboard corner protectors. Wood or hardware fittings are cushioned with PE foam or sponge, secured by a woven bag or a carton box with sealing tape.
2. Glass and marble tops are initially protected with Expandable Polystyrene, followed by a carton box enclosure, and finally a wood frame for enhanced protection.
