Production Process
Every product undergoes a rigorous process and stringent inspection to ensure that each intricate detail impeccably aligns with the customer's specifications.
Furniture Packaging Procedure:
1. The first layer is delicately covered with PE foam, with cardboard protectors shielding essential corners. Wooden furniture or hardware fittings are cushioned with PE foam or sponge, followed by a woven bag finish with stitching or a carton box secured with sealing tape for the outer layer.
2. Glass and Marble tops are initially encased in Expandable Polystyrene, placed within a carton box, and further safeguarded with a wooden frame to ensure comprehensive protection.
